Denise & I were staying in Wensleydale. We walked around Aysgarth falls several miles. The weather was OK, and ideal for walking.

Later we did the White Scar Caves tour, highly recommended for noncavers! Many years ago I did Bar Pot and Gaping Ghyll. Honestly, the tour is a real taster for what caving is really like - as an experience.
